Perch Base USSVI participated in the Memorial Day Ceremonies at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, including Tolling for the Boats,
on Monday, May 25, 2026.
Governor Joy and Howard Doyle conducted the Tolling of the Boats ceremony.

A highlight of the Memorial Day Ceremony included a flyover by four F-35's in the Missing Man Formation. The Master of Ceremonies was Bruce Kosaveach. Bruce is a 2025 Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Society inductee. The Guest Speaker was Retired Master Sergeant Debbie Melton, a veteran of Desert Storm.
