Perch Base Submarine Veterans (USSVI) March 2026 base meeting on 03/14/26 included a
presentation of 25 year longevity award pins to our Perch Base Treasurer Kevin Sheehan and Chuck Emmett, a Perch Base
Past Base Commander, a presentation of the contruction of the USS Phoenix (SSN-703) float from 2007 to 2008 by
Jim Denzien, another Past Perch Base Commander and current Base Historian, and the reelection of Don Robertson as our
Base Vice Commander.
