Congratulations to Chris Urness. At the May 8, 2021, Perch Base monthly meeting, Western Region Director Vic Van Horn awarded a Letter of Commendation to Chris Urness, Co-Chairman of the Arizona Silent Service Memorial (ASSM) for his efforts leading to the completion and dedication of the Memorial. A similar Commendation has been issued for the other Co-Chairman Marcus Hensley, who was attending his USS Greeneville (SSN-772) Reunion. Marcus received his Commendation at the 08/14/2021 Perch Base meeting.
