As you may have seen in Flash Traffic #5-4-2020, Public Events were not permitted at the National Cemetery of Arizona on Memorial Day. This included our Perch Base Tolling of the Boats Ceremony at the Mark 18 torpedo monument placed by the United States Submarine Veterans of World War 2.
This is the most important event each year for Perch Base to "perpetuate the memory of our shipmates."

The production took more computing power than Dan had in this home PC. The audio is fine, but the video is erratic (like a bad ventriloquist manipulating a dummy where Dan was the dummy!)
