OBITUARY
Brandon L. Davis, QMC(SS) Ret.
Davis, Brandon L. age 77, of Phoenix passed away on 11/25/2015. He was born in Waxahachie, TX on November 26, 1937 to George and Mary Blevins Davis. After high school he served in the US Navy for twenty one years (1955-1976.) During his service he was on PBR's (patrol boat, river) in Vietnam and then served as a navigator on submarines. After he retired from the US Navy, he was employed by the US Postal Service. He also served as a school bus driver for his church school, Christ Lutheran School in Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Don Moore. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn of 41 years, son Max (Jenn) Davis of Scottsdale, AZ, his two daughters from his marriage to Ginger Davis, Darcie (Fred) Boettger of Cincinnati, OH and Tracy Davis of Vacaville, CA. Also surviving him are his brothers Bob and George (Linda) Davis. Brandon is also survived by seven grandchildren, Lucas, Nick and Casey Belken, Odessa Boettger, Jordan Davis, Hallie and Wyatt Davis, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was loved by all his family and many friends who admired his dedicated service to our country. He will be greatly missed. Cremation was chosen. A "Celebration of Life" is being planned for a later date. Memorial donations may be made in his honor to Hospice of the Valley , 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix AZ 85014.
