Perch Base held its Annual Awards Banquet on January 24, 2014 at the Pebble Creek Clubhouse. Our guest speaker was Admiral Vern Clark USN (ret.) Admiral Clark was CNO in the early 2000’s and was instrumental in forging the Navy for the 21st century demands including littoral combat.
